Ask for strong numbing medicine before your Botox or Juvederm injection to feel less pain with your injection.

A known complication of Botox is causing a “droopy eyelid”. Some of the Botox can have an effect on the muscle that lifts the eyelid. This can be quite concerning, since, as you know, Botox typically lasts 3 months. Theoretically, you may have trouble lifting your eyelid for several months!
