Yes, a bit obvious, but it is possible to get plastic surgery for free if you can date or marry a plastic surgeon. This would lead to interesting conversations if your significant other or spouse is a lousy surgeon, but then again, you would have your Plastic Surgeon on call for you 24/7.
There are actually very few Plastic Surgeons in the US. Virtually all Plastic Surgeons go through the ordeal of Board Certification via the American Board of Plastic Surgery, www.abplsurg.org, but there are probably about 7000 in the US only. Some are retired or dead. Most are probably in a relationship. So, your job would be to find the Plastic Surgeons who are single.
With the lack of privacy on the internet, it should be easy to become a stalker and figure out which local Plastic Surgeons are single and available. You’ll have to use your other powers to figure out how to meet them. Good luck, and happy hunting!
