A longer approach to get free plastic surgery is to become an employee in a Plastic Surgeon’s office. I don’t know how common it is, but most employees are interested in looking as good as possible in the office, and Plastic Surgeons often get samples of skin care, injectables, and other sundries to try and then sell to patients. Surgery is a large ordeal involving trust, so most Plastic Surgeons will not operate on someone they just hired- they want to ensure that their employee will be there a long time and be able to “sell” plastic surgery procedures to patients for years.
So, you may have to work in the office for some time, and I think it’s a bit unethical to have a procedure and then give 2 weeks notice, but this method may work for you.
